(i) "Others", i.e. Candidates who have not served 5 years in the State/Central Government are not eligible, even if they meet the age limit.
(iii) Any candidate who claims to be a "Destitute widow" must possess the "Destitute widow certificate" from the Revenue Divisional Officer/Sub Collector/Assistant collector on or before the date for Notification. The total monthly income from all sources should not exceed Rs.4,000/- (Rupees 4 Thousand Only), which includes any family pension, receipts, and income from private practice. However, it shall not include a spouse. Only "Widow Certificate" candidates are not eligible for exemption. Only candidates who have the "Destitute widow certificate" at the time of Notification can apply.
